Sidney R. Bresnick is a patent and technology litigator and counselor with extensive experience in all phases of trial and appellate practice involving patent litigation and proceedings in the U.S. International Trade Commission. Mr. Bresnick is a former partner of the law firms Pennie & Edmonds and Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto. He has a Martindale-Hubbell AV peer review rating, which indicates that his peers rank him at the highest level of professional excellence, and he has been listed in New York Superlawyers 2006, Manhattan Ed., for intellectual property law.

Mr. Bresnick has represented major U.S. and foreign companies, including The B.F. Goodrich Company, Exxon, DuPont, Huntleigh Technology, American Brands, C.R. Bard, Catalina Marketing Corp., Ahlstrom Windsor Locks Corp. and MAN Roland Druckmaschinen AG, among others, in complex patent infringement and trade secrets cases involving such varied subject matter as computer systems, communications, medical devices, food processing, petroleum and plastics products and processes, business equipment, pharmaceuticals, paper manufacturing and web fed printing presses.

Mr. Bresnick is a member of the bars of the State of New York, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Second, Third and Federal Circuits, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, Connecticut and Wisconsin, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the U.S. Supreme Court, and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
